What This Site Is

This site describes TimeBuilt Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business working as a prime contractor on federal construction projects. It exists so contracting officers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and prospective employees can learn about the company and get in touch.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a bid, a quote, or a contract. Work is only ever awarded or subcontracted through a signed written agreement.

Using the Site

You may read this site and use its forms for their stated purpose. Please do not:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
• use the site's forms or contact details to send unsolicited advertising;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, dashboard, or database you have not been given access to;
• copy the site's content for a competing commercial purpose, or interfere with the site's operation.

What You Submit

When you send us a message, a quote, an application, or a subcontractor registration, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. You keep ownership of what you submit; you give us permission to store it and use it for the purpose it was sent for — evaluating a bid, considering an application, or replying to you.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we may send messages about a project, a bid, a quote, or an application you are involved in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of bidding, of being considered for work, or of employment.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site — including project details, certifications, and registration numbers — as accurate and current as we reasonably can. It is provided for general information, and the official record for federal registrations is SAM.gov.

Links to Other Sites

This site links to outside sites such as SAM.gov. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TimeBuilt Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where a federal contract is involved, the terms of that contract and federal law govern it.
