We collect information you voluntarily submit through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: name, organization, email, phone, and your message.
• Subcontractor application: company name, trade/specialty, service area, phone, email, and any notes you provide.
• Job application: name, phone, email, the position you're applying for, your background summary, your resume, an optional cover letter or certifications, and the references you list.

We do not use tracking cookies or collect analytics data on this site at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

How We Use This Information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or request
• Evaluate subcontractor bid-list applications for upcoming federal contracts
• Evaluate job applications for open positions
• Maintain records TimeBuilt is required to keep as a federal contractor

How We Store & Protect It

Subcontractor and job applicant submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) with restricted access. Resumes and other uploaded documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. Only TimeBuilt's admin dashboard, which is password-protected, can retrieve them, and file links expire automatically after a short time. Contact form submissions are handled through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered directly to TimeBuilt's email.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with government agencies or prime contractors where required for federal contract compliance or reporting, or where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business or legal purpose it was collected for. You can request that we delete your information at any time; see contact information below.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of the information you've submitted to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
